What awaits you?
• Help build the QLab – a hub for Digitalization & Analytics for Validation, Integration Total
Vehicle.
• Be at the forefront of our cutting‑edge electric car production plant,
• Design, ship, and scale AI agents for vehicle measurement and vehicle validation (planning,
tool-use, automated workflows).
• Own end-to-end delivery: data pipelines, APIs to plant systems, orchestration, testing,
deployment, monitoring.
• Define and track success (reliability, latency, safety, ROI) with human-in-the-loop
• Connect with teams across the organization, from frontline workers to senior executives,
driving AI and analytics adoption and innovation.
• Own outcomes for key projects, understanding deep customer needs and strategizing how
our technology can solve complex problems.
• Dive into diverse challenges: from machine learning and data analytics to software
development and data engineering.
• Upskill continuously to tackle emerging topics and technologies as needed.

What you should bring along?

• Hands‑on keyboard (mainly Python, SQL). Familiar with React/C++.
• ML, LLMs, and data engineering fundamentals (PySpark is a plus).
• Agentic AI focus (or willingness to learn fast): Experience with AI agents (e.g., tool‑use,
planning, and orchestration via frameworks such as LangGraph/LangChain
agents/AutoGen/crewAI, or equivalent) or extreme motivation and ability to learn quickly with
a commitment to become an absolute expert in implementing agent systems. If AI agents
are new to you but you have strong fundamentals and drive, we want to hear from you.
• Experience with APIs/microservices, containers (Docker), and CI/CD is a plus; familiarity with
streaming (e.g., Kafka) and cloud/on‑prem deployments is beneficial.
