Responsibilities

The position will be responsible for a variety of engineering activities including the design, development, and deployment of solutions in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure quality standards are being met within the existing and planned framework.

Conduct tasks related to applications development, establish, and implement new or revised applications systems and programs to meet specific business needs.
Monitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business users.
Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards and processes.
Support activities for all environments.
Ensure that all documentation is managed and updated as required.
Manage projects end to end by working with developers on solutions and deliverables for clients and other assigned activities.
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.

Requirements

Key knowledge required - Core Java, Angular, Machine learning, and Python
3-5 years of relevant experience
Project Management experience is a plus, utilizing JIRA.
Have working knowledge in Websphere (WAS)
Knowledge of Jquery, JavaScript, RxJS
Good experience with ORM frameworks like Hibernate, JPA, Spring and/or Entity Framework
Experience with REST API development
Experience in writing Oracle SQL queries is a plus
Experience with Microservices is a plus
Knowledge of .Net and ASP.NET Web Forms is a plus
Must be well versed in all the phases of software development life cycle. Requirement analysis, development, testing, release.
