Állás leírása

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical assistance
Maintain the health of the Budapest office IT environment including setting up workstations and meeting rooms
Troubleshoot local hardware such as laptops, printers, and peripherals
Resolve incoming incidents and service requests remotely for staff across Europe and the Middle East
Manage technical onboarding for new hires ensuring hardware and access from Day 1
Collaborate with global IT colleagues to identify recurring issues and improve standard operating procedures
Help maintain accurate records of local hardware and software assets

Requirements

1–3 years experience in a technical support role (Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support)
Experience supporting Windows 10/11 and macOS environments
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive) and iOS mobile device support
Ability to troubleshoot common connectivity issues including Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic office networking
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Proactive, patient, and solutions-oriented mindset
