Company Description

In April 2021, we established the first regional HR Service Center of Bosch in Central Eastern Europe (CEE) based in Budapest. For this great opportunity, we are looking for our motivated and service-minded team members with a high customer-orientation.

Job Description

Your tasks:

  • Support daily operation of department and department leader
  • Management of department leader's calendar, organization of meetings and workshops, preparation of agendas
  • Preparation of visits, participation and support follow-ups
  • Organization and accounting of business trips according to actual guidelines
  • Operating of internal communication channels
  • Making reports, collection and preparation of data based on instructions
  • Participation in international payroll administration activity
  • 3-4 days/week of office presence in Vecsés

Qualifications

  • Native Hungarian and communication level English language knowledge
  • Good communication skills
  • Proactive, practical, solution-oriented personality
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • MS Office and MS Excel high level knowledge and presentation skills
  • Automation experience or affinity and SAP user level experience is an advantage
