Responsibilities

This is what you move with us

Highest Quality Standards: You are responsible for the preparation and presentation of our premium breakfast dishes (à la minute egg dishes, warm specialties, and buffet service).
Guest-Centric Mindset: You enjoy direct interaction with our international guests at the buffet and front-cooking stations.
Cleanliness & Standards: Compliance with HACCP guidelines is as natural to you as the perfect plating of a dish.
Teamwork: You work closely with the kitchen management and support the development of our apprentices and Commis de Cuisine.

Requirements

This is you

Foundation: A completed culinary apprenticeship and initial professional experience in upscale gastronomy—ideally within the 5-star luxury hotel industry.
Language Skills: Italian is an absolute must-have for communication within our team. Additional languages are a Plus (English or German).
Personality: You are an early bird with a smile on your face. You remain calm during peak times and have a keen eye for even the smallest details.
Mindset: You are reliable, resilient, and committed to delivering operational excellence every single day.
