• act as process owner of data management regulations and ensure proper fulfillment of defined roles and responsibilities including its enchancement according to business requirements
• support the operation of data management processes and continuously monitor data quality
• prepare and communicate the Data Quality Dashboard, organize Data Quality Meetings and follow up on reported issues until resolution within the bank and in cooperation with parent company
• oversee the implementation of validation rules
• coordinate and cooperate over metadata solutions
• coordinate data quality self‑assessments
• charmonize the group level datawarehouse's Target Operating Model with the bank's business processes and regulations

• 5+ years of experience in the financial sector
• at least 2 years of experience in business intelligence or data warehouse development
• fluent English (written and spoken)
• strong analytical thinking and consulting skills
• general understanding of banking (finance, risk and treasury)
• university degree in economics, finance or information technology
• strong operational mindset and attention to detail
• team‑oriented, collaborative working style
• goal‑oriented and proactive attitude
• high level of accuracy and reliability
• able to prioritize
