Responsibilities
Design predictive models
Conduct large-scale experiments
Uncover insights that inform decision-making
Define and develop ontologies and knowledge graphs to connect and contextualize enterprise data
Establish data standards and maintain data quality
Operationalize models and graph services at scale
Deliver and scale AI solutions by embedding into cross-functional teams of clients or consultants
Deploy assets on client service teams and refine those assets
Contribute to the development of a generative AI product with firm-wide impact
Conduct hands-on experiments and deploy production pipelines leveraging generative models such as GPT-like systems
Automate knowledge search, curation, and synthesis processes
Model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and iteration
Deploy solutions across various cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and GCP
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure alignment with product strategy
Develop and support customizations for client deployments
Provide technical guidance on configuration and issue resolution
Contribute to improving pipelines, tooling, and engineering standards
Support ongoing product development when not assigned to active deployments

Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist; previous enterprise platform experience preferred
Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of NLP, Transformers, LLMs, and Generative AI
Experience with OpenAI’s GPT suite, including multimodal LLMs: GPT4V, GPT4o
Theoretical understanding of how LLMs can be leveraged to build classification models, re-rankers, and recommendation systems
Strong programming skills in Python with best engineering practices
Experience managing a Git repository with effective version control and clean branching strategies
Experience with knowledge graphs
