Responsibilities

Designing predictive models
Conducting large-scale experiments
Uncovering insights that inform decision-making
Defining and developing ontologies and knowledge graphs
Establishing data standards and maintaining data quality
Operationalizing models and graph services at scale
Delivering and scaling AI solutions embedded into cross-functional teams
Deploying assets on client service teams and refining them
Contributing to the development of a generative AI product
Conducting hands-on experiments and deploying production pipelines leveraging generative models
Model training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and iteration
Deploying solutions across cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Developing and supporting customizations for client deployments
Providing technical guidance on configuration and issue resolution
Improving pipelines, tooling, and engineering standards
Supporting ongoing product development when not assigned to active deployments

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Data Scientist; previous enterprise platform experience preferred
Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of NLP, Transformers, LLMs, and Generative AI
Experience with OpenAI’s GPT suite, including multimodal LLMs: GPT4V, GPT4o
Theoretical understanding of leveraging LLMs to build classification models, re-rankers, and recommendation systems
Strong programming skills in Python with best engineering practices
Experience managing a Git repository with effective version control and clean branching strategies
Experience with knowledge graphs
