Responsibilities

  • Supporting business and marketing decisions with data-driven solutions
  • Developing predictive models such as churn scoring to drive retention offers and product propensity scoring
  • Translating business needs into actionable ML and AI solutions across marketing, customer care, and network operations
  • Participating in generative AI projects including working with LLMs and custom NLP
  • Summarising and presenting analytical results
  • Managing production-ready code, documentation, and large-scale customer/transactional data assets
  • Collaborating with data and MLOps engineers to ensure data science solutions remain reliable, high-quality, and scalable

Requirements

  • BSc or MSc degree in Economics, Technology, Natural or Social Sciences
  • 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in data science or analytics
  • Intermediate knowledge of statistics, data analysis and machine learning techniques
  • Confident use of Python and SQL
  • Ability to deliver projects independently or with light supervision
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient level of English

Nice-to-have

  • Experience working in a consumer setting and marketing
  • Basic level use of AI tools and confident integration into day-to-day work
