Responsibilities
The ITA is now looking to expand its Legal Affairs Department with a committed and passionate full-time (40 hours per week) employee to join the ITA’s Branch Office in Budapest. This is a fixed-term position running until the end of the year (2026). The primary responsibility of the position is to support the Legal Affairs Department through administrative tasks with a strong and continuous focus on data entry, database management, and document handling, contributing to the efficient processing and organization of large volumes of information.

- Extensive data entry and database management (core responsibility of the role).
- Upload, register, and update documents in designated digital platforms and databases.
- File, organize, and maintain correspondence and legal documents in a structured manner.
- Prepare, process, and follow up on invoices.
- Provide general administrative support to the Legal Affairs Department, including agenda management, coordination of related tasks, and administrative follow-up.
Requirements
- Matura or equivalent professional diploma.
- Very good English written and oral communication skills; other languages are an asset (especially French).
- Previous experience in an administrative role with a strong focus on data entry and repetitive processing tasks.
- Strong proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Acrobat) with previous experience using SharePoint.
- Ability to remain accurate, consistent, and focused.
- Ability to efficiently process large volumes of information using databases and to maintain concentration during repetitive tasks.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong analytical skills applied to data handling and administrative processes.
- Customer-service and quality-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a remote team.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, combined with a strong sense of discretion, confidentiality, and careful handling of sensitive and confidential data.
- Valid working/residency permit.
