Responsibilities

Mastery of Apache Spark and Databricks on AWS/Azure
Participation in bi-weekly sprint model with technical classes and hands-on project delivery
Delivery of complex capstone projects
Shadowing senior consultants on real-life engagements
Building consulting skills through simulated projects and stakeholder advising
Contribution to internal strategic projects such as building an automatic migration tool
Joining project teams post-graduation
Delivering and/or leading complex end-to-end projects across global portfolio

Requirements

BSc or MSc degree preferably in a STEM field
Good grasp of coding in Python or Java
At least 1 long-term internship completed ideally in Software Engineering, BI Development, or similar field
Real-life work experience as a Software or Data Engineer ideally not more than 18 months
Curiosity and drive to learn new technical knowledge and soft skills
Problem-solving skills and natural ownership
Strong communication skills and fluency in English

Nice-to-have

EU citizenship or valid right to work in Hungary

Base salary of 900,000 HUF gross/month
Quarterly bonus of 750,000 HUF gross dependent on program milestones completion up to first work anniversary
