Responsibilities

Participate in a 6-month intensive training program to become a Data Engineering Consultant
Learn and master Apache Spark and Databricks on AWS/Azure
Deliver hands-on project work during training sprints
Work on complex capstone projects
Shadow senior consultants on real-life engagements
Contribute to internal strategic projects such as building an automatic migration tool
After graduation, work within EMEA and US customer teams to solve data engineering, ML, MLOps, GenAI, LLMOps, and cloud migration challenges
Deliver and/or lead complex end-to-end projects as seniority grows

Requirements

BSc or MSc degree preferably in a STEM field
Good grasp of coding in Python, Java, Scala, or Go
At least one long-term internship or real-life work experience (up to 18 months) in Software Engineering, BI Development, or similar field
Strong drive and curiosity to learn new technical and soft skills
Problem-solving mindset and ownership mentality
Strong communication skills and fluency in English
