Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud-native data services.
- Develop and manage data transformation workflows with dbt and Apache Airflow.
- Build and optimize batch and streaming data processing solutions using distributed frameworks and messaging platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data products using AI-assisted development tools
Requirements
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) data services, or 5+ years on another major cloud provider.
- Strong Python skills for data pipeline development.
- Strong SQL skills and hands on experience with dbt.
- Hands on experience with distributed data processing frameworks (Spark, Beam, Flink, etc.).
- Strong experience with Apache Airflow.
- Some experience with streaming systems (Pub/Sub, Kafka, etc.).
- Mandatory experience using AI assisted coding tools in day to day development.
- Confident English
- Candidate needs to be to be currently eligible to work in Hungary.
