Data Engineer Intern

Our work includes hybrid cloud solutions, hand-in-hand with Google Cloud or Amazon Web Services native architectures,building scalable and efficient solutions. Our scope of work covers agile, cloud-based and fullstack application development, DevOps automation and many more.

• Learn data engineering principles
• Learn to design and implement ETL processes and pipelines
• Work with SQL, Python and different programming languages and notebooks
• Learn Power BI report building, Data Bricks and various ETL tools
• Gain experience with Azure-based hybrid cloud solutions for data engineering along with some exposure to AWS solution
• Gain experience working at a fast-growing, truly colourful company
• Work closely with senior engineer colleagues and mentors

• A full-time BSc/MSc student enrolled at a Hungarian university studying Computer Science or related studies
• Required to complete a mandatory internship during your studies which is no more than 320 hours

About the internship:

• Internship start date: 22nd June, 2026
• Duration: 8 weeks (320 hours, 40 hours/week)
• Recruitment process will end latest by 31st May (or when all roles are fulfilled)

The key requirements for the intern role are:

• Fluent English and interest in an international experience
• Experience in high level programming languages, such as Python, PySpark or C++
• Interest in data engineering and business intelligence
• Interest in large scale, international development projects related to corporate data management and business intelligence

... and it would be nice if you know:

• Linux basics and shell scripting
• Stream and batch processing concepts, ETL and corporate data architectures
• Cloud platforms in any nature
• SQL or no-SQL databases
• Apache Spark or PySpark
