Responsibilities

Coordinate and support institutional data collection related to students, faculty, and research in close cooperation with responsible units, including data cleaning, transformation, aggregation, and validation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and • Coordinate and support institutional data collection related to students, faculty, and research in close cooperation with responsible units, including data cleaning, transformation, aggregation, and validation to ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency
Maintain common institutional datasets, indicators, definitions, and documentation (data sources, assumptions, methodologies), ensuring the consistent use of validated figures across strategic reporting, international accreditation, rankings, and benchmarking
Apply and maintain agreed reporting frequencies, reference dates, and data cut-off points across institutional datasets and reports, and liaise with data-responsible staff in other units to ensure alignment of data used for reporting and analysis
Conduct institutional data analyses to support strategy, quality assurance, accreditation, rankings, and benchmarking, including the preparation and consolidation of datasets and basic analyses for core institutional reports (e.g. Annual Report, strategy monitoring reports, accreditation submissions, rankings)
Ensuring version control, traceability, and reproducibility for institutional data analyses and reported indicators, as well as handling ad hoc analysis requests in related fields

Requirements

Working proficiency in English, sufficient for professional communication
Strong command of Excel for data preparation, validation, and reporting
Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL and/or Python
Good coordination skills, including the ability to work with data-responsible staff across different units
Experience working with higher education student information systems (e.g. Neptun) is an advantage
