What if your decisions determined where AI creates real business value and where it shouldn’t be used at all? In this role, you own the full Data & AI portfolio, shaping initiatives from idea to production and making sure they deliver measurable impact across the organization.

At MOL, you work in a stable, large-scale enterprise environment where your work has regional impact across multiple business units, not just isolated use cases. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, influence strategy, and build scalable, production-ready solutions, while continuously growing at the intersection of business, data, and technology within a strong, collaborative expert community that turns ideas into real outcomes.
