Czech/Slovak and Hungarian Speaking Customer and Colleague Engagement Associate

We established our service centre supporting Tesco's operation in the Central European region back in 2019. Our colleagues provide service for Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia in several fields: finance, payroll and internal helpdesk. Besides these, we have a modern Technology Hub developing software and applications used by millions of people globally. You'll be the voice of support—whether by phone or email—answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth, helpful experience. Your contribution will help keep things running efficiently for both our colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Providing support to Tesco colleagues and customers in connection with ClubCard, Tesco Online and General Customer Service for Hungary
• Troubleshooting, delivering great service experience, resolving issues
• Taking ownership of the issue
• Escalating contacts efficiently

• Graduate/high school education
• Native or advanced Hungarian language
• Advanced Slovak/Czech
• Intermediate English
• Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
• Basic Computer Skills
• Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Willingness to move to Hungary
