Responsibilities
-answering questions, comments and complaints about membership cards, mostly by phone or email, in Czech/Slovak;
-data recording, excel management;
-communication with partner departments.
Requirements
-active or passive full-time student status;
- minimum 20 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, minimum 4-hour shifts per day;
-good communication skills;
-reliable, friendly, polite personality;
-helpful, empathetic attitude;
-user level Microsoft Office skills;
-strong internet connection for working from home;
-intermediate level of English and advanced level of Slovak/Czech, both written and spoken;
-Commitment to a two-week paid training course with mandatory personal attendance in Budapest, 13th district.

Company info
Our partner company provides support to its clients in the Central European region, in The Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. To strengthen its internal team, we are looking for students who are willing to work as customer service representatives, with English and Czech/Slovak language skills, with an hourly rate of 2000 HUF. The position can be filled from anywhere in Hungary, after a 2 weeks training in Budapest.
