CZ/SK+HU Speaking Customer and Colleague Engagement Centre Associate (Maintenance)

We established our service centre supporting Tesco's operation in the Central European region back in 2019. Our colleagues provide service for Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia in several fields: finance, people and payroll services, colleague and customer engagement, customer and product, enterprise analytics. Besides these, we have a modern Technology Hub developing software and applications used by millions of people - customers and colleagues - globally. The role involves being a supportive team member who handles maintenance-related inquiries from Tesco employees in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary. You will act as the main point of contact and manage support tickets in collaboration with Level 2 resolver teams.

• Provide support to Tesco colleagues
• Troubleshooting, delivering great service experience
• Forwarding maintenance issues to subcontractors
• Take ownership of the issue
• Escalate contacts efficiently
• Please note this position requires working in shifts to support CE Tesco stores 24/7

• Graduate/ high school education
• Advanced Czech or Slovak language skills
• Advanced Hungarian language skills
• Intermediate English knowledge
• Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
• Basic Computer Skills
• Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Willingness to move to Hungary/Budapest
