Responsibilities

• We are looking for English-speaking Customer Service Support Associates to join our team in Budapest
• Supporting our customers, courier partners and locations via live chat and phone
• Ensuring the smooth running of delivery operations
• Developing our support function with the support team

Requirements

• This job is for full-time students.
• You have excellent communication skills with a personal touch, as well as a customer-obsessed and team-oriented mindset
• You are a fast learner, comfortable multitasking, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
• You can work in shifts in the morning, evening and on weekends - our customer service is available every day of the week from 9 am to 1 am.
• You can work fully from our Budapest office
• You have fluent and professional English

gross 2150 HUF/hour – gross 3450 HUF/hour, (depending on the number of hours undertaken and the daily period schedule allowances)
