Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Guide clients in using smart finance automation tools and help them get the most value out of the products
- Become a trusted point of contact by understanding customer needs and providing clear, practical solutions
- Investigate and resolve product‑related questions, using your analytical skills to identify root causes
- Capture key insights and updates in the support system to ensure smooth follow‑up and team alignment
- Stay informed about new features and improvements so you can proactively support users
- Collaborate with product, development, and support teams to handle more complex cases and share customer feedback
- Maintain a positive and professional communication style, ensuring a great experience for every customer interaction
Requirements
What You Bring
- Experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English + Swedish+Norwegian
- Basic technical understanding or openness to learning
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a multicultural environment
- Familiarity with ticketing systems or support tools is an advantage
