Responsibilities
Your Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll support customers across Europe who purchase through Dometic's webshop. Your main focus will be providing high-quality support in French and English, helping customers with:
- Product and technical questions
- Order- and delivery-related inquiries
- Guidance via email, chat, ticketing system, and limited inbound calls
This is not a call center role and not complaint-driven - most customers are outdoor enthusiasts looking for helpful, friendly advice.
You'll also have the chance to:
- Work with modern ticketing tools
- Contribute to the development of an AI chatbot
- Support process improvements during quieter periods
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Confident French skills (B2-C1 level, written and spoken)
- Strong English communication skills
- Any customer service, office, or admin background - career starters are welcome
- A friendly, adaptable, and reliable personality
- Interest in helping customers and learning about technical products
