Feladatok

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

As a Customer Support Representative your primary function is to provide commercial support for portfolio of customers type of project business. Responsible for order management and interfacing with customer and internal parties via email, phone, chat and case management tool.

Your Key Deliverables:

Handles inquiries via chat and email from customers and/or internal parties.
Order management: order entry, price checking, order cleaning, compliant with Eaton's policies.
Complaint handling.
Support team with billing repsonsibilities.
Resolves problems by applying established policies, procedures and tactics and using pro-active communication across internal network of multiple product lines.

Elvárások

Valid full-time active student certificate or passive legal student certificate (in this case we can only accept applications from students under 25)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level)
French language knowledge (B2 at least)
Ability to work in team
Problem solving mindset
