Responsibilities

Lead and coach the customer service team, conduct performance reviews, support onboarding
Manage and process customer orders, changes, returns and sample requests
Handle SAP exceptions, monitor backlogs, resolve issues with factories
Maintain close cooperation with sales, customers, and internal departments
Create credit/debit notes, handle complaints, expedite and stock-related tasks
Analyze service performance, generate reports
Participate in training and workshops

Requirements

You have experience in leading a team
You are experienced in customer service or logistics
You have strong communication and organizational skills
You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
You are skilled at working cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Nice-to-have

SAP knowledge is a plus
