Responsibilities

Manage and process customer orders, changes, returns and sample requests
Handle SAP exceptions, monitor backlogs, resolve issues with factories
Maintain close cooperation with sales, customers, and internal departments
Create credit/debit notes, handle complaints, expedite and stock-related tasks
Analyze service performance, generate reports
Participate in training and workshops
Lead and coach the customer service team, conduct performance reviews, support recruitment and onboarding

Requirements

You are experienced in customer service and SAP
You have strong communication and organizational skills
You have experience in leading a team
You are fluent in English (written and spoken)
You are skilled at working cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
