Responsibilities

As a member of the Regional Customer Service team, you take full responsibility for dedicated Customer Sales administration, being the single point of contact in the “order to cash process”.
Additional tasks are:

Supervision of design preparation and production steps.
Supporting our logistics department in the delivery process.
Taking care of Customer requests, special needs, and regular sales reporting, including quotations.
Ongoing communication during the production process between the departments responsible and the Regional Sales team to ensure the best customer service.

Requirements

A creative, dynamic, and target-oriented salesperson with a customer-focused mindset
A Detailed-oriented person capable of flexible in task-management
Experience in using MS Office (experience with SAP is a plus)
College degree (degree in economics or foreign trade is prefered)
Excellent English, verbal and written (additional languages like French, Italian, Spanish or German are an advantage)
Driving licence for ocassional Customer visits
