Responsibilities
Our company is further expanding by setting up a brand-new manufacturing site located in Nidau. Due to our company’s continued growth and expansion, and in order to reinforce our Customer Service in Brügg, we are currently recruiting a professional for the temporary position as
Customer Service Representative 100%
(temporary contract until December 31st, 2026)
Job Description
- Handling questions and complaints from customers, providing information on delivery times and stock situation
- Order processing and follow-up in contact with our Shipping department
- Answering and forwarding incoming emails and phone calls
- Providing certificates of origin and documentation
- Invoicing, credit notes and price control
- Backorder management (inform the customers and collaborate with our production for new delivery dates)
- Follow-up and maintenance of goods returns
- New customer opening creation and maintenance in our ERP system
- Manage appropriate filing system related to auditing requests and export document control
Your profile
- Completed administrative/commercial education (or similar) as well as several years' experience within a Customer Service department, preferably within an international organization.
- Very good English skills - both spoken and written. French and/or German skills are preferred. Every other language is a plus.
- Proficient computer and MS Office skills.
- Stress resistant, reliable and flexible personality with very good communication skills.
- Open minded as well as service oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud Applications or Oracle ERP is a plus
