Main Responsibilities
Customer Support
Customer Support
- Manage and screen shared company email accounts; respond to customer inquiries in writing or forward them to the appropriate department.
- Handle customer notifications, complaints, or clarification requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide administrative support to office staff, especially rental agents.
- Create and update databases and records as needed.
- Organise file systems, correspondence, document handling, scanning, and text processing.
- Call customers after the end of their rental to assess satisfaction levels and gather feedback.
- Analyse the reasons behind satisfaction or dissatisfaction and report potential improvement areas to the relevant department.
- Contact customers with outstanding payments or overdue invoices to request settlement.
- Cooperate with the administrative and legal departments for complex or disputed cases.
Elvárások
Required Skills
- Fluent English + German, or English + Italian, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle challenging conversations with a solution-oriented approach.
- Independence, positivity, accuracy, and reliability.
- Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
- Ability to tolerate repetitive tasks.
- Higher education completed.
- Confident user-level knowledge of standard IT systems and MS Office.
