Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, roadside assistance requests, suggestions, and feedback via calls, emails, or live chat.
- Deliver timely, effective solutions while building trust and satisfaction.
- Accurately document and escalate complex cases when needed.
- Continuously improve service quality through feedback and performance insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; previous customer service experience is an advantage.
- Native proficiency in one of the listed languages, plus B2-level English or higher.
- Fast and accurate typing skills, along with strong computer literacy.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, resilience under pressure, and a customer-first mindset.
- Professional, well-organized, and committed to continuous development.
