Responsibilities

Assisting customers with rental vehicle returns
Greeting customers
Securing keys
Recording mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition
Checking cars into the computer system
Ensuring efficient and accurate vehicle processing
Delivering professional, friendly customer service

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Basic computer skills including typing and data entry
Effective verbal communication skills
Enjoyment of working with customers and providing great service
Willingness to work outdoors
Flexibility to work all shifts
Ability to stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot for prolonged periods
Ability to enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods
Ability to drive a variety of vehicles
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Regular on-site presence

Six months retail or customer service experience
