Feladatok

Organize internal teams to analyze and address customer quality anomalies, implement improvements, verify and track the effectiveness of corrective actions, compile 8D reports, and ensure timely responses and communication with customers.
Drive continuous improvement of customer-oriented processes (COP) to enhance customer satisfaction.
Lead and manage customer communication, and coordinate various customer audits.
Participate in regular product audits to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
Handle customer market feedback and follow up until closure.
Receive and interpret customer-specific requirements, and ensure internal implementation.
Complete other tasks assigned by quality department leadership.

Elvárások

Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service and quality resolution, with a bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or materials science.
Familiar with CATIA and CAD; proficient in the seven basic and new quality tools.
Familiar with the battery pack housing manufacturing process.
Team-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel frequently on business.
Proficient in spoken English.
