Responsibilities

Whom are we looking for?
We are looking for proactive people who combine curiosity, commercial thinking and collaboration to take ownership of our day-to-day operations in the Hungarian market.
This is a key, hands-on role responsible for ensuring smooth execution across order management, customer service, inventory, and logistics. You will act as the central point of contact for operations in Hungary and collaborate closely with regional teams.


What will you do?
Order Management
  • Managing the full lifecycle of purchase and sales orders
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing in internal systems
  • Monitoring order status and proactively communicating updates
  • Resolving order-related issues with internal teams and suppliers
Customer Service
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers in Hungary
  • Handling inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Supporting sales teams with operational topics
Inventory Management
  • Monitoring stock levels and ensuring product availability
  • Coordinating replenishment and purchase planning
  • Maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting stock checks
  • Identifying risks related to shortages or excess inventory
Logistics & Transportation
  • Coordinating inbound and outbound shipments
  • Working with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery
  • Tracking shipments and resolving transport-related issues
  • Ensuring compliance with local requirements and company processes
Reporting & Operations Coordination
  • Preparing data and inputs for operational reporting and performance tracking
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of operational data
  • Acting as the go-to person for all operational topics in Hungary
  • Collaborating with regional teams (supply chain, finance, sales)
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

Requirements

You may be a strong fit if you:
· Strong ownership and accountability, with the ability to manage end-to-end operational tasks independently
· High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across orders, inventory, and reporting data
· Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
· Strong communication skills, with confidence in working with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships
· Ability to think in processes and continuously identify opportunities for improvement
· Comfortable working with data, tracking key operational metrics, and preparing reporting inputs
· Motivation to learn, grow, and continuously improve both processes and own capabilities

Skills, experience & attributes
Experience in customer service/logistics/administration
Fluent Hungarian and Communicative English – daily cooperation in Hungarian with colleagues and customers + collaboration with colleagues from other countries from our EE OpCo ( Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, UK and many more)
Good organizational skills and proactive approach
