Responsibilities

  • What will be your main tasks?

    • Supervise customer order processing and resolve related issues
    • Support and guide team leaders and their teams
    • Use SAP and BI reports to track performance and KPIs
    • Prepare Excel reports and collaborate with the sales team
    • Handle complex customer cases and lead process improvements
    • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey

Requirements

  • You're the ideal candidate if you have:

    • 5+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role
    • Strong knowledge of SAP and BI reporting tools
    • Excellent English skills; other languages (e.g. French) are a plus
    • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM systems
    • Experience in handling escalations and driving process improvements
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
