Customer Loyalty Consultant

Role Purpose

The purpose of this position is to handle customer inquiries related to the loyalty program that cannot be resolved directly by customer service via phone or written communication. This includes conducting thorough checks across relevant systems (e.g. Clarify, Techsee) and, where required, creating IT support tickets. Depending on the case, customers may need to be informed of outcomes either in writing or by telephone.

Key Responsibilities

You will independently and competently resolve incoming inquiries, taking full responsibility for your processing. Each request is reviewed and analyzed in a structured manner, with solutions developed autonomously and in line with established procedures.

* Clarify the facts and work out a final solution

* First point of contact for 2nd level inquiries

* Ensure smooth, efficient and timely processing of orders

* Maintaining the Loyalty Input Queue

* Driving forward the further development of existing business and system processes

Requirements:

* Experience in the field of call center / customer service as well as a completed training in the customer service area.

* Very good IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office, CRM, workflow, call center and ticket systems

* Languages: German essential. English, French, Italian are an advantage

* Resilient, flexible, enthusiastic

* Quick and comprehensive comprehension

* Enjoyment of telephone customer contact

* Stylish in correspondence

* Customer orientation (internal and external)

* Assertiveness

* Very good communication skills as well as experience in handling difficult situations with customers diplomatically

* Ability to grasp situations quickly and act accordingly (in the interests of the company)
