Europe's market leader, Porsche Finance Group Hungary, headquartered in Budapest XIII., is currently seeking a new colleague to join the Department of Operational Leasing for the following position:

Customer Care Representative

Your role:

Providing high-level service to contribute to customer satisfaction
Customer visits in collaboration with the Sales department
Maintaining contact with customers in the SME segment, providing them with information about contracts and products (via email, phone)
Handling contract modifications, invoice reconciliations, and supporting receivables management
Addressing complaints (via phone, email) and finding the most suitable solutions tailored to the customer
Managing documents related to transactions and archiving them

Key requirements:

Qualification in economics (minimum secondary school diploma).
Proficency in the English language and native Hungarian
Outstanding collaboration and communication skills and can react quickly to unexpected situations. You will closely liaise not only with our customers but also with other departments.
User-level knowledge in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office

Advantage:

Experience in operational leasing (fleet management), banking finance or customer care
