We established our service centre supporting Tesco's operation in the Central European region back in 2019. Our colleagues provide service for Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia in several fields: finance, people and payroll services, colleague and customer engagement, customer and product, enterprise analytics. Besides these, we have a modern Technology Hub developing software and applications used by millions of people - customers and colleagues - globally. Customer and Colleague Engagement Service Associate (PM Shift)

The Role

Answering calls, mails
Providing support to Tesco colleagues and customers in connection with ClubCard, Tesco Online and general customer service for Hungary
Troubleshooting, delivering great service experience, resolving issues
Taking ownership of the issue
Escalating contacts efficiently

Please note this position is an afternoon shift starting flexibly from 12:30 - 14:30

Your background

Graduate/ high school education
At least advanced Hungarian knowledge
Intermediate English knowledge
Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
Basic Computer Skills
Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Proactive, positive attitude
Fast thinking, customer focused
