  • Collaborate to the building, improvement and optimisation of the Customer Analytics process and related systems.

  • Contribute to the development of the Customer Analytics Roadmap and translate it into actionable plans.

  • Understand business processes and data, developing dashboards serving business needs in all possible level

  • Continuous communication with stakeholders both in business departments and IT

  • Lead initiatives to refine data processing and analysis methods for increased efficiency and accuracy

  • Follow new trends & solutions in data analytics and recommends implementation of relevant technologies in

  • College or university degree (preferably in business, economics or IT related fields)

  • 3-5 years of work experience, 1-2 years on relevant area

  • Strong analytical mindset

  • IT knowledge with business acumen

  • Strong customer focus

  • Ability to plan and execute actions proactively

  • Collaboration, stakeholder management, communication, presentation

  • Advanced verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English

  • Confident in Power BI usage (data modelling, DAX, visual designs)

  • Advanced use of MS Office/O365 programs

  • Passion about new technologies, AI and automation

  • Knowledge of SQL is an advantage

  • Knowledge on agile project management is an advantage

  • Knowledge about MOL DS processes, systems is an advantage

Location: MOL Campus, Budapest (on-site)
 

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Ensure the efficient and customer-oriented development of customer analytics, manages projects to develop existing-  and introduces new digital tools, techniques, data bases, etc. Plays a crucial role in simplification and digitization by developing the entire Customer Analytics process of Downstream (DS), thus increases efficiency, competitiveness and enables DS to achieve its targets set in DS2025 Roadmap and in MOL Group 2030 vision and strategy. Acts as an owner and digital ambassador of the Customer Analytics in Downstream.
