Controlling Business Partner for the Group Central Finance
MOL Group is an independent and international oil and gas company, headquartered in Budapest, Hungary. It is active in over 40 countries with a dynamic international workforce of 26,000 people and a track record of more than 100 years in the industry.
Scope:
Our team plays a key role in coordinating and supporting group-level financial reports and analyses for the management; including business planning, forecasting, actual reporting and other ad-hoc analyses.
Main tasks:
- Participating in MOL Group’s comprehensive monthly, quarterly and annual actual reporting
- Supporting business planning and forecasting processes
- Preparing financial models, sensitivity analyses and other ad-hoc analyses to support decision making
- Participating in the maintenance and improvement of group-level planning system
- Coordinating presumptions determination processes, including premises and planning principles
Requirements:
- University/college degree in finance/economics
- 3-5 years’ professional experience in a relevant field
- Knowledge of general corporate processes, corporate finance, accounting is expected
- Confident use of MS Office tools (advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge)
- Fluent English knowledge (written and verbal)
- Understanding of oil and gas industry is an advantage
- Experience with SAP planning and reporting modules (BPC, BCS) is an advantage
