What success looks like in this role:
- Manage contractor requirements for the EMEA region, standing in for other regions as required
- Contribute to the Contingent Workforce strategy in alignment with operational objectives of the business
- End to end fulfillment of contractor positions, ensure KPI adherence, update KPI trackers
- Engage and select suppliers based on role requirements and location
- Nurture successful vendor relationships with Contingent Workforce staffing agencies and labour suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance
- Address inquiries and escalations of the business, that come through regarding contractors
- Partnering with global workforce transformation, business, procurement and other stakeholders to identify, define, build and deploy process improvement initiatives and optimization projects
- Develop and maintain CW processes for business support and internal team-facing processes/procedures/content
- Develop and implement reports and dashboards to ensure accurate CW reporting to Leadership on a regular basis
What makes you a perfect match for this position:
- 5+ years of experience in contingent workforce management, sourcing/staffing would be ideal. Otherwise experience in resource/workforce management/recruitment/procurement with a desire to learn and develop in contingent workforce management would be a good basis
- Ability to see the 'big' picture and capable of thinking beyond the immediate area of responsibility
- Experience in creating and talking to trend analysis, dashboards; resulting in sourcing recommendations
- Confidence to develop and manage relationships with various internal functions at all levels of the organization
- Highly skilled in verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement
- Result oriented, able to work under pressure and agility to flex within a constantly changing environment
- Well versed in Excel, acceptance of working with excel files in addition to vendor management systems
- Fluent English and Spanish is a must
