Responsibilities

Commis de Rang:

Supporto all'apertura e chiusura dei ristoranti
Mise en place delle aree di attività
Assistenza allo Chef de Rang durante il servizio à la carte, pensioni e Room Service
Supporto al bar quando richiesto
Allestimento delle sale e supporto al servizio degli eventi, banchetti e conferenze
Pulizia e riassetto delle aree ristorative

Mithhilfe bei der Eröffnung und Schliessung der Restaurants
Mise en place Arbeiten
Unterstützung des Chef de Rang's während dem à la carte-Service, den Halbpensionen und dem Roomservice
Bei Bedarf Einsätze an der Bar
Einrichten der Meetingräume sowie Serviceeinsatz bei verschiedenen Events, Banketten und Konferenzen
Allgemeine Reinigungsarbeiten im Restaurantbereich

Requirements

Profilo richiesto:

Dal diploma all'attestato di scuola professionale nel settore Alberghiero e/o ogni persona motivata in questo settore di attività con esperienza negli alberghi 4 o 5 stelle
Lingue richieste: padronanza della lingua italiana e tedesca, possibilmente francese ed inglese
Buona motivazione e predisposizione alla vendità
Orientamento al cliente, flessibilità, spirito di gruppo e attenzione alla qualità sono solo alcune delle caratteristiche che le contraddistinguono

Fähigkeitszeugnis im Service und/oder jede motivierte und enthusiastische Person, welche Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position sowie in der 4- oder 5* Hotellerie mitbringt
Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Italienisch, Deutsch und wenn möglich Französisch und Englisch
Hohe Motivation und Verkaufstalent
Gästeorientiert, flexibel, teamfähig sowie qualitätsbewusst sind nur einige Attribute, welche Sie auszeichnen
