Responsibilities
As Commis de Patisserie you will be responsible for the following tasks:
-
Preparation and cooking of high quality pastries, confectionery and desserts
-
Working directly with the patisserie team to ensure smooth workflows during a shift
-
Assisting with setting up and dismantling the dessert buffets
-
Compliance with all guidelines and proper storage of all food and raw materials
-
Compliance with and daily monitoring of hygiene regulations and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP guidelines
Requirements
As Commis de Patisserie we expect you to have:
-
Completed training as a pastry chef or cook
-
Flexibility and ability to work under pressure - your position includes weekend and holiday shifts
-
Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, reliability
-
High level of commitment and quality awareness
-
Very good knowledge of English. Further foreign language skills are an advantage
