Main responsibilities, tasks:

Leading and supporting the Hungarian commercial team
Managing and coordinating external sales contractors primarily in the UK and the USA
Supporting and coordinating international distributor networks across Scandinavia, Italy, and Australia
Building and maintaining high-level relationships with international distribution partners and key accounts
Developing long-term strategic partnerships with existing clients
Overseeing both commercial and marketing activities to strengthen market presence and brand visibility
Monitoring international market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities
Representing the company at international exhibitions, conferences, and industry events
Working closely with senior management and international stakeholders on strategic initiatives

Required skills:

Several years of commercial/sales leadership experience in an international environment
Strong farmer sales attitude with outstanding relationship management capabilities
Previous experience in the chemical industry, industrial manufacturing, or B2B production environment is an advantage
Experience in managing international distributor and partner networks
Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Near-native English language skills, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
