Responsibilities

Huawei Hungary is growing! As a result, we're looking for a Chinese speaking Contract Manager to join our well-established team. The successful candidate will join the Enterprise Business Group within Huawei Hungary.

Please note that this is an on-site position with 5 days in the office!
Office location: 116-118 Vaci Ut, Budapest, 1133.
The successful candidate will be employed by a leasing agency.

In this role you will:

Prepare contracts with the help of Channel Managers and Product Managers while adhering to rules and regulations.
Review potential risks and design business models for different scenarios.
Negotiate contractual terms & conditions in challenging commercial situations representing Huawei's interests.
Preparing written presentations, reports, and innovative business models to senior leadership.
Align with Finance and Legal team to produce compliant contracts.
Sales project progress and data management.

Requirements

As our ideal candidate, you will have:

Law Degree or at least BSc in International Commerce or Business. Legal background preferred.
Demonstrated experience in contract management and sales project data management.
Native Chinese language skills is highly preferred.
Previous experience in the telecommunication industry is valuable.
Confident communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
