• Manage sales and project-related topics in internal systems such as ProKOSTAL, SAP CRM, and SAP

• Identify, set up and plan projects with the Global Key Accounts, including timelines and resource coordination
• Manage project execution and ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration across internal teams
• Track and document project progress and proactively follow up on open topics

• Successfully launch product lines focusing on Edeka, both nationally and regionally, for the BiFi and Jack Link's brands.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships within the Edeka retail channel acting as the primary point of contact.

• Execute standardized HR processes across the employee lifecycle with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and employee experience.
• Serve as a Tier 2 support contact for employee inquiries, leveraging knowledge bases and case management tools.
• Complete mass data changes.

• Lead and support process owners in updating process flowcharts and other key SOX documentation
• Support planning and delivery of annual, quarterly, and ongoing Sarbanes-Oxley 404 and 302 compliance activities
• Assist and perform risk assessment analyses and scoping of SOX processes and controls
