Main responsibilities, tasks:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensure smooth business performance
Drive alignment and effective collaboration across key functions
Establish and continuously improve operational processes, structures, and internal workflows
Introduce and maintain transparent reporting and KPI frameworks
Identify operational inefficiencies and lead improvement initiatives
Support and further develop shared service–type operations across the organization
Enhance internal service delivery models, including performance measurement and service quality
Ensure effective coordination between commercial and delivery activities
Contribute to financial transparency through cost control and performance tracking
Lead and support cross-functional projects related to operational excellence and organizational development
Act as a key partner to senior leadership, supporting decision-making and execution

Required skills:

Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role (e.g. COO, Head of Operations, Delivery Lead)
Strong understanding of technology-driven or service-oriented business environments
Experience in SSC / shared services environments is a strong advantage
Experience in process development, performance management, and organizational optimization
Solid knowledge of project and/or service management methodologies
Ability to work in complex, matrix or multi-entity organizations
Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a hands-on approach
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Structured, analytical thinking with a focus on results and efficiency
High level of resilience and ability to perform under pressure
