Chief Accountant [BE-TCA26]

Our client is a fast-growing international company, currently expanding its Hungarian finance leadership team as part of a strategic growth phase.

• Own end-to-end accounting operations and financial controls,
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes,
• Deliver management reports, KPIs, forecasts, and insights,
• Ensure statutory reporting under international accounting standards,
• Manage external audits and auditor relationships,
• Lead, mentor, and develop an international accounting team.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,
• 5+ years of experience in a senior accounting / Chief Accountant role,
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or UK GAAP / US GAAP,
• Proven experience with statutory reporting and audits,
• Confident people manager with leadership mindset,
• Experience in international or multi-entity environments.
