We are looking for a

Chemicals Sales Support

colleague.

Purpose of the position:

Professional support of Group level sales channel for Chemicals related value chain, providing operative and administrative support, coordinate the sales execution and maintain partner relations.

Please note that we can only consider applications submitted with an English CV, as the direct manager is non-Hungarian speaking.

• Daily contact with B2B clients as well as internal stakeholders: Production, Logistics, Customer Service, Quality control and all relevant departments.

• Receive and record orders, keep clients informed on status

• Carefully follow orders and deliveries through the whole workflow and value stream

• Manage weekly/monthly scheduling, changes and updates to ensure sales plans

• Responsible for Customer satisfaction and engagement

• Responsible to record and manage claims according to the process. Leads, supports or takes part in the investigation and handling of complaints, in the analysis of identified problems, finding solutions and manages problems

• Preparation of Frame contracts

• Contract management: manage signatures and archiving in line with internal policies and requirements

• Handle incoming enquiries, answering phone calls, managing correspondences

• Create and maintain customer records in different applications

• Providing data and reports

• Participate in meetings and negotiations

• Involvement in projects and provide data support

• Supports  the sales activities by executing and delivering relevant tasks and requests

• BSc/MSc degree in Economics/Business/Chemist or other relevant education

• English and Hungarian language knowledge is a must (both written and spoken)

• At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience

• International cooperation/operation is needed

• Good organizational skills

• Result and Customer-orientation, good analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks parallel

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications

• Comprehensive understanding of logistics and financial processes is an advantage
