With established locations at Paradeplatz and Zurich Main Station, we are now looking to expand our team at Zurich Main Station. As part of this growth, we are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Barista to join us asap. The ideal candidate will embody our brand’s high standards with a polished appearance and contribute to delivering a luxurious customer experience.
Responsibilities
Prepare matcha beverages and other specialties
Bake and display pastries
Actively advise customers on products, beverages, pastries, and successfully sell them
Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a high level of service
Maintain and clean work equipment and workspace
Participate in training sessions and workshops to improve skills
Maintain composure and ensure high quality even during peak hours and high customer volumes
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and product recommendations
Qualifications
Experience as a barista or in a similar role is a must
Strong communication skills and a team player
Commitment to outstanding customer service
Flexibility regarding work hours, including weekends and holidays
