We’re looking for a Bar Manager who will lead our Rooftop Bar and Wine Bar, bringing together great service, strong team leadership and a passion for drinks and hospitality. As Bar Manager, you’ll be responsible for the daily operations and development of our bar concepts, ensuring an exceptional Guest experience and a motivated team.

• Lead the Team: Inspire and develop the bar team while creating a positive and motivating atmosphere behind the bar.
• Deliver Excellence: Maintain the highest service standards and ensure outstanding Guest satisfaction.
• Hire & Train: Recruit, onboard and train your team in professional Guest service.
• Be Present in Service: Actively participate in daily service and lead by example.
• Drive Results: Co-create and execute budgets while supporting the financial performance of the bar.
• Manage Operations: Monitor stock levels, control inventory and ensure proper ordering processes.
• Collaborate Across the Hotel: Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, Restaurant Manager and the wider hotel team.
• Keep Things Organized: Ensure the proper flow of HR documentation within your team.
• Develop the Concept: Support the growth and development of the Skybar and Wine Bar experience

We’re seeking someone with:

• Experience: At least 3 years in a managerial role in gastronomy and bar operations. International experience is a plus!
• Industry Awareness: Strong knowledge of hospitality and bar trends – you know where people go for great drinks and keep up with new openings.
• Product Knowledge: Extensive experience with mocktail and cocktail creation, and good knowledge of Hungarian wines.
• Language Skills: Fluent English and Hungarian.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and motivate a team, even those needing extra drive
• Creativity: Innovative approach to problem-solving and delivering results.
• HR Knowledge: Basic understanding of labor law.
• Tech Comfort: Confidence with modern technologies.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and an easy way of connecting with people.
• Team Care: You support your team and make sure everyone works well together.
• Guest Focus: You help create a place where Guests feel welcome and have a great time!
