As a Bakery Manager, you’ll lead the small Team, oversee daily operations, and ensure that every product leaving the bakery meets our high standards of quality and creativity. You’ll work closely with the F&B Manager to align bakery production with the overall food & beverage strategy of the hotel, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.

As Bakery Manager, you’ll lead and inspire the bakery & cafe team while keeping daily operations running smoothly.

• Daily bakery operations: Manage the full bakery and cafe workflow and production processes.
• Production planning & supervision: Oversee the creation of breads, pastries, and desserts, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
• Quality control: Monitor product quality, raw materials, and hygiene standards (HACCP & BHP compliance).
• Team leadership: Train, motivate, and schedule staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
• Inventory & supplier management: Order and track raw materials, manage stock levels, and collaborate with local suppliers.
• Reporting & cost management: Keep track of production results, costs, and budgets.
• Collaboration with F&B Team: Work closely with the F&B Manager to align bakery offerings with hotel dining strategy and seasonal menus.
• Innovation & creativity: Experiment with seasonal offerings and upselling, and ensure our bakery stands out!

• Experience: Previous experience in a bakery, café or restaurant management role.
• Technical know-how: Showing interest for baking processes, pastry techniques.
• People & teamwork skills: You’re great at connecting with your Team and other departments, making work fun and collaborative.
• Organized & proactive: Excellent planning, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Leading with energy: You inspire, guide, and motivate your Team while keeping a positive vibe in the bakery and cafe.
• Business & cost awareness: Basic knowledge of accounting, cost management, and production reporting.
• Flexible & hands-on: Ready to roll with shifting schedules and jump in wherever you’re needed.
